This Privacy Policy pertains to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of KreativLabs.   We use your Personal Information for providing and improving KreativLabs. By using KreativLabs, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.   Information Collection    While using KreativLabs, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited, to your name and/or other identifying information ("Personal Information"). We also collect information from third-party social network providers.  Additionally, information that you grant us access to on your mobile device may be collected.  Further, information that can be collected automatically through your use of KreativLabs, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, geolocation, mobile device identifier(s), mobile device use history, content consumption history, browsing history, metadata from user content, and cookies.  Information that is aggregated and de-identified is not covered by this Privacy Policy.   Information You Provide   Information that you provide when engaged in certain activities with KreativLabs, such as when you register, upload content, or otherwise contact us may include one or more of the following: • Registration information, such as age, login data (e.g., username and password), language, email, or phone number • Profile information, such as name, social media account information, and profile image • User-generated content, including comments, images, and videos that you upload or broadcast • Payment information such as credit card information, and third-party payment information • Your contacts information on your mobile device or social network contacts information (if granted access by you) • User preferences information • Information to verify an account  • Information in your correspondence/communication via email or phone    Information Use   Collected information is used to fulfill and enforce our Terms of Service, improve KreativLabs, and provide our service to you.  The collected information may also be used to tailor any advertisements for you.  At times, the collection information may be used to generate promotional materials.  Additionally, the collected information may be used to support communications with other users within KreativLabs or third-party social platforms.   Your Rights   The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.   Security   You may request to access or delete the information we have collected about you using email provided in the Contact section at the bottom of this policy. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law and subject to proper verification. And we do not discriminate based on the exercise of any privacy rights that you might have.   Changes To This Privacy Policy   This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 14, 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future.  Such provisions will be in effect immediately after our notification.   We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
